Return and Exchange Policy

1. Return and Exchange Terms

A product may be returned if it is unopened, unused, and in its original condition.

A product cannot be returned or exchanged once opened or used under any circumstances.

2. Return Fees

If the product is intact and undamaged, it cannot be returned or exchanged.

If the product is damaged, the store will bear the full shipping and return fees.

3. Cancelling an Order After Shipping

An order may be canceled after shipping, and the amount will be refunded after the product returns to the warehouse within 7 to 14 business days.

4. How to Exchange a Damaged Product

Please contact customer service.

The product must be in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

5. Return or Exchange Processing Time

The process will be completed within 7 to 14 business days from the date the product is received and verified.

6. Replacement for damaged products only

Replacements are only for the same damaged product; they cannot be exchanged for a different product.

If you require a different product, you can receive a refund and purchase the new product in a separate order.
